She began her Sarasota real estate career at RE/MAX Properties where she consistently won awards for top production. In August 2007, Shayla joined Marc at SKY Sotheby's International Realty and subsequently joined Michael Saunders and Company in 2008. Having worked at three of Sarasota's most prominent real estate brokerage Marc and Shayla decided to branch out on their own and form DWELL Real Estate.
