Laurel Oak Estates presents a gated community east of Bee Ridge Rd and
two Gary Player championship golf courses. Included as a member you have
access to the golf course, tennis courts, a spacious clubhouse and
relaxing pool.
Misty Creek Country Club offers golf course, lakeside and preserve
properties. This fabulous community built on a 350-acre preserve boasts
the course design by the renowned Ted Mcanlis.
The Oaks is a true golfer’s community. To purchase a residence in The
Oaks you must also join the Country Club. You'll never tire of the two
18 hole golf courses or the luxurious amenities included with club
membership.

Bent Tree
Bent Tree is a wonderful golf course community in east Sarasota. The community was developed primarily in the 1970's and 1980's. However, there are homes in the Woodlands section of Bent Tree that were built in the 1990's and 2000's. This sought after family neighborhood is blessed with lush, mature trees and vegetation.
Concession
One of the newest golf courses in the Sarasota/Manatee county area. It has won awards for best new golf course. The homes in the Concession are stunning.
Founders Club
A newer community located east of Interstate 75 off Fruitville road. It offers a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed 18-hole golf course. There are only 262 elegant residences and 275 Golf Memberships spread across 700 acres of verdant natural landscape.
Gator Creek Estates
Located near Myakka State Park in east Sarasota, Gator Creek is very private community that offers large lot sizes that can accomodate horse. Gator Creek is noted for its private championship golf course, highly rated by the USGA.
Laurel Oak Estates
A luxurious, gated community located in east Sarasota off Bee Ridge Road. Laurel Oaks Estates features two Gary Player championship golf courses, tennis courts, a 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and a junior Olympic-size swimming pool.
Meadows
A wonderful location within 15 minutes of downtown Sarasota. This is one of the areas most sought after communities because it is more affordable than many other golf course communities yet it has so much to offer.
Misty Creek
Misty Creek Country Club is set on 350 acres of preserve with lakes and hammock forests. It is a par 72 championship course designed by Ted Mcanlis. Misty Creek is located east of Interstate 75 off the Bee Ridge extension. There are some fantastic homes in the neighborhood that offer stunning golf, lake and preserve views.
Oakford Golf Club
Located about 8 miles east of the I-75 off Fruiville road Oakford Golf Club offers three 9 hole courses. The homes are unique in the fact that many of them sit are large, private lots. If you don't mind the drive this is a great place to get a good bang for the buck.
Oaks
One of the premier golf course communities in Sarasota. Located on the south end of Sarasota this gated community offers a wide array of homes. There are some amazing homes in The Oaks. To buy in the community you must join the club. There are two 18 hole golf courses here for you to enjoy.
Palm Aire
Located off University Parkway just west of the I-75, Palm Aire is convenient to everything Lakewood Ranch has to offer. You can also be walking on the beach or strolling down Main Street in downtown Sarasota within 20 minutes from this community. Palm Aire is a private club with two 18 home golf courses for you to enjoy.
Prestancia
Located in the planned community of Palmer Ranch, Prestancia is a wonderful golf course community. TPC Prestancia offers 36 challenging holes in south Sarasota. The Stadium Course and the Club Course are spread out over 565 acres of lush landscape.
River Club
This is a 4 star facility designed by Ron Garl. It sits just west of Lakewood Ranch so River Club residents get to enjoy all of their amenities. The 18 hole golf course is considered one of the more challenging courses in the area. The great thing about the River Club is that you don't have to pay the CDD fees that are associated with living in Lakewood Ranch.
Rosedale
Located just east of I-75 off state road 70, Rosedale Golf and Country Club is a fabulous place to call home. Sie hard golfers will love this location as it close to so many different courses. The community is made up of fantastic single family homes and condominiums.
Sarasota Golf Club
This is one of the most affordable golf course communities in Sarasota. Located east of I-75 between Bee Ridge road and Fruitville road. The Sarasota Golf Club offers 27 holes of golf that winds through mature trees in a very natural Florida setting.
Serenoa
There are some spectacular homes in the Serenoa subdivision. Located just south of Clark road and east of I-75 this golf course was named one of the top 100 golf coursesin Florida and in the top 3 of Sarasota.
Stoneybrook
Located on the ever popular Palmer Ranch planned development in south Sarasota, Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is a gated community with an 18 hole golf course, community swimming pools, Har-tru tennis courts and a well equipped fitness center. You can be walking in the sands of Siesta Key beach within 15 minutes of this community.
Tara Golf and Country Club
Located just west of I-74 off state road 70 in Bradenton. It is a great location as you can access all of the amenities of Lakewood Ranch within minutes. The community is made up of single family homes and condominiums.
Tatum Ridge
This course was designed by Ted McAnlis. It is located in east Sarasota just north of Fruitville road. It is one of the more affordable golf courses in Sarasota. A Scottish-style links course with preserved wetlands and 11 lakes in a natural setting. The Legends of Tatum Ridge is a gated community developed by Centex.
The Country Club in Lakewood Ranch
This is a highly sought after community in the ever popular Lakewood Ranch. This is a fabulous gated community located in the center of "The Ranch." The Country Club consists of the Private Course featuring 54 holes of golf - 36 designed by the Palmer Course Design Co., and 18 holes designed by Rick Robbins.
University Park
Voted the "Best Development in the Region" and the "Best Community Design in America" University Park is a fabulous place to call home. Located off University Parkway a few miles west of I-75 this is convenient to everything Sarasota has to offer.
Venetian Golf and River Club
With 663 acres of the over 1,000 acre-span of landscape devoted to golf course, lakes, wetlands, conservation areas and a 70-acre Nature Park, Venetian is an ideal if you enjoy nature. Venetian Golf and River Club is located east of Interstate 75 off Laurel Road. This community was developed by WCI.
Waterlefe Golf and Country Club
Located in east Manatee county bordering the Manatee River. The unique feature of Waterlefe Golf and Country Club is that it not only has a challenging golf course but it is also a great boating community. There are some amazing homes inthis community.
