This is one of the nicest condo complexes on Siesta Key. I always make a point to show this Gulf to Bay condo complex if it is within my buyers budget. This is a great spot if you are looking for a place that allows short term rentals to maximize rental income. The onsite rental office handles the management of the condos for the owners.
The complex is made up an 11 story building on the beach that offers fantastic views of Crescent beach and the clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are also six charming 3 story midrises that go from the beach to the bay. The Palm Bay Club was recently renovated making it one of the pretties places on Siesta Key. Put this one on your list.
