Bayport

With the white exterior and blue awnings they remind of a mediterranean. Bayport is a low density community with first and second floor units that have the feel of a single family home.

Beachplace

You won't run out of beach here. Beachplace is a large complex of about 31 acres and boasts 1,450 lineal feet of beach frontage. Not all of the 11 buildings offer water views but nevertheless this is a great beach front community on south Longboat Key.

Located behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club, Beaches is on Longboat Club road and sits right on the beach.

Bleu Claire

The Castillian is made up of two towers on the beach near the middle to north end of Longboat Key. All of the units face west offering owners great water and beach views.

This is a popular tennis community on the bayside of Longboat Key. The complex is made up of townhouses that were built from 1989 to 1991

Islands West is comprised of 15 story tower on Longboat Key beach. The large balconies offer stunning views of the beach.

L' Ambiance

L' Ambiance is a fantastic beach front condominium development located on the south end of Longboat Key. Units have a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and are within steps of the sandy beach of Longboat Key. Access to St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota is easy from L' Ambiance.

La Firenza

This is one of the newest editions to Longboat Key. This 10 unit luxurious condo located near the middle of Longboat Key was built in 2005.

Longboat Key Towers

An oldie but a goodie. This Longboat Key condo complex is located behind the gates of The Longboat Key Club on the south end of the island. These units extend from the front of the building to the back, so they provide wonderful views of Sarasota Bay and golf course greens to the east, and ocean views to the west.

Marina Bay

Marina Bay is located behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club on south Longboat Key. Many of the units have fantastic views of the Sarasota bay.

Pierre

Behind on the gates of The Longboat Key Club this condo sits on one of the most exclusive beaches in the Sarasota area. To the west you get a wonderful panoramic view of The Gulf of Mexico and the to the east a view of the Harbourside golf course of The Longboat Key Club.

Players Club

The Players Club is made up of four Mediterranean style buildings that sit directly on the beach. Located on coveted south Longboat Key, The Players Club has an active social and tennis community.

Positano

This is one of the newest additions to Longboat Key. This 10 acre location was home to The Longboat Key Holiday Inn for many years, but now offers 29 units of new construction on the beach. All of the condos have wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Longboat Key beach.

Promenade

Fabulous views and location from this 10 story beach front condo. This highly sought after 112 unit building was constructed in 1985.

Regent Place

Sanctuary

This fabulous beachfront condo is located behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club and on the south end of Longboat Key This 181 unit building was built in 1990 and offers fabulous amenities, a convenient location, and gorgeous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

Sea Gate Club

Looking for a breathtaking water view? Visit Sea Gate Club on Longboat Key to some of the finest views on t the island. This ninety unit Longboat Key condo sits directly on the beach.

Seaplace

I always make a point to show these condos if my client is looking for a nice beachfront condo on the south end of Longboat Key on the lower end of the price scale. This is a large community of about 42 acres on the beach with several different types of condos.

Sunset Beach

This is a very nice beach front condo on south Longboat Key. I recently sold one of these and my client really enjoys his condo and the community. Sunset Beach is a direct beachfront condominium with many of the units offering sweeping views all the way up Longboat Key to Lido Key.

Tangerine Bay

Tangerine Bay Club is sits conveniently on the bay side of south Longboat Key. It is located just north of the 34 acre nature preserve and across the street from the islandside golf courses of the Longboat Key Club.

Villa Di Lancia

These Mediterranean style condos sit directly on Longboat Key beach. The beach and water views are fantastic from Villa Di Lancia condominiums.

Vizcaya

A fabulous beachfront condo on Longboat Key. It is made up of three 4 story buildings with 31 units. This complex was built in 1997 and is made up of large condos of over 3,000 square feet of fabulous living space.

Water Club

This is one of the nicest beach front condominiums on Longboat Key. There are two towers with fabulous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Since Water Club was constructed in 1996 residents enjoy the luxuries of a newer constructed building such as high ceilings and large picturesque windows.
