I enjoy showing the Key Tower South condos on Lido Key. The entire building is parallel to Lido Key beach and the Gulf of Mexico so all of the units on the west side of the building have magnificent water and beach views. When I show one of the units that face west the eyes of my clients usually light up when they walk in the condo. The only complaint I have heard in Key Tower South is that the building feels a bit old. It was constructed in 1970 however it has been maintained very well. The units on the east side of the building do not have beach views. However, if you get high enough in the building there are great views of Lido Key nature preserve, Sarasota bay, Bird Key and downtown Sarasota skyline. The units on the lower end of the building overlook the parking lot and then the Australian Pine trees in the Lido Key nature preserve.

There are 87 units in this Lido Key condo. Key Tower South is on the lower end of the price spectrum if you are looking for a beachfront condo with a panoramic water and beach view. Lido Regency sits right next door to this condo. They both offer similar views, condo sizes and prices. Check below to see what is currently for sale. Both of these condos are within a walk or bike ride to St. Armands Circle. However, on a hot summer day the walk would be too far.
