The Deerfield neighborhood in Sarasota, Florida is a very nice community. You can find a very nice home at an affordable price. There are 93 homes in this community with most of them built in the late 1990's. Here you can find a newer home with higher ceilings, large windows and newer floorplans. Deerfield is located off Proctor road in the center of Sarasota. You can get to downtown and Siesta Key with 15-20 minutes. Lido Key, Longboat Key and Lakewood Ranch are just a tad bit farther.
