Welcome Beth Lancaster

I am pleased to announce that Beth Lancaster has joined DWELL Real Estate. Beth and I were agents together back in 2006 & 2007 when we were both at SKY Sotheby's. I've always admired Beth for her positive attitude that is very contagious. She also has vast market knowledge and a fantastic work ethic. We are excited to have her aboard and are lucky to have her.

A native of Andover, Massachusetts, she brings a creative spirit to the sale of every home. A published poet with a previous career in Advertising Design allows her to connect with the emotional perspective of the sale, whereas her local market knowledge and accounting degree from Burdett School in Boston gives her the business acumen to protect your financial interest.

Whether talking about her years as a competitive golfer, her passion for her boxers and an african grey parrot or her 12 years as a Realtor, she devotes herself without reservation to achieve success in all aspects of her life.
