Welcome Ansu Swanepoel

I would like to welcome Ansu Swanepoel to DWELL Real Estate. She and her family hail from South Africa. Ansu is no stranger to real estate. In South Africa she and her husband owned an ERA real estate franchise and were quite successful.

I met Ansu via the internet almost 2 years ago where I helped her purchase a home in Lakewood Ranch. Like many successful real estate agents Ansu is going to focus on where she lives. She will be one of our "Lakewood Ranch Specialists."

We are excited to have Ansu as a part of our team!

An Accountant by profession, although auditing eventually drove me to teaching accounting at university level rather than ticking the boxes, was the starting of my working career.

After much accounting for both parties, me and husband bought an ERA Real Estate Franchise 18 years ago. We sold it two years ago; you need a break eventually, and forbid any real estate talk in the house.

It didn't last long.
