Extensive market knowledge is so crucial for a good Realtor. It really is essential in properly helping buyers and sellers. The home buying or selling experience is so much more efficient and enjoyable when you are working a Realtor who has vast market knowledge. It can be the difference between success and failure.
The Sarasota real estate market constantly changing. Every day properties transfer, go up or down in value, come on the market, expire without selling or go under contract. The market is constantly in flux and Sarasota Realtors need to stay on top of it. If a Realtor ignores a segment of the market for a few months it can and will completely change as old inventory is sold and new inventory comes on the market.
One way to stay on top of the market is touring new listings. It is a great way to see the new inventory of properties for sale. Realtors do this because they may have an active buyer looking for the right property or because they have a listing in need of a price reduction to stay competitive.
Michael Saunders and Company has a sales meeting every Tuesday. At the conclusion of the meetings Realtors will caravan around to the new listings. Tomorrow we will be caravaning Siesta Key real estate.
