* Highest asking price - $15,000,000

* Lowest asking price - $150,000

* Average asking price - $993,363

* Median asking price - $599,000

The chart above shows the number of properties sold, under contract and sold from November 2009 to April 2010.  Over the last year the number of properties for sale on Siesta Key dropped 20%. Sold properties are up a whopping 78%. Finally, the number of properties under contract is up 75%. Based on closed sales Siesta Key has about 13 months of inventory.
