I represented the buyer of the home at 1162 Horizon View Drive on Siesta Key. This was a great purchase of a home on the beach for $2,495,000. The stunning home has over 5,000 square feet, built in 2004 and had breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This sale even made the newspaper. Siesta Key Beachfront Condos

I also recently sold this Siesta Key condo. This was a remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, den condo with 1,316 square feet directly on the beach with fabulous water and beach views. It was located in the Siesta Gulf View condo building which is within walking distance of the Siesta Key village. It closed for $735,000. A great deal in today's market and much less than what it would have sold for 4 years ago.

Siesta Key Waterfront Home

I sold this home at 738 Siesta Key Circle in the Siesta Key bayside neighborhood. It closed for $900,000. This was a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom remodeled home with no bridges to the bay. Siesta Bayside neighborhood has some fabulous multimillion dollar homes on the water. This represented a great purchase for the buyer. I represented the seller in this transaction and was the second Realtor to have the listing. It had languished on the market a long time before the seller hired me. We were able to get a contract within 132 days.
