Above are the Sarasota real estate inventory figures ending in August 2010. See the data below to compare August 2010 sales versus July 2010 as well as August 2009.

The pending sales from July to August showed a dramatic increase of 26.6%.
Below shows the change from August 2009 to August 2010

The percentage changes from 2009 to 2010 were pretty modest. It is a positive sign to see inventories decreasing and sales increasing.
