Sarasota County Market Update

Below is a chart showing the number of properties for sale (light green bars), under contract (red line) and sold properties(dark green bars) for the last 3 years in Sarasota county. As you can see inventory are down and sales are up. Good sign.

Sarasota County - Months of Inventory

Below is a chart showing the monthly inventory levels for the last three years. They base this off of closed transactions.
