Interesting to see that we had more sales in 2012 versus the frenzy year of 2005. Also notice the average sales price was $631,993 in 2005 versus $422,647 in 2012. Congratulations to Allison Werner for locating her buyer a fantastic deal well below the average sales price. That is roughly a 33% discount from the highs of 2005. The highest sales price in 2012 is 36% lower than the high in 2005.
