In April I asked - Where is the Sarasota real estate market now? Many of you were nice enough to give your opinion of where you think the market is on the chart above. Please comment as to where you think we are currently located. I think the market overall is somewhere around HOPE and RELIEF. Time till tell.

I agree that we are somewhere around HOPE and RELIEF. We are running out of good inventory to sell.

Agreed, Marc. The market that I'm seeing daily is definitely hovering in the "hope" area. Some sections of the market are more active than others but overall, things have woken up and homes are selling.
