Newer Condos on Siesta Key

Siesta Key is ranked by several authorities as one of the best beaches in the country (probably the world). Thankfully, that brings a lot of interest to our area. Just in case you are unaware, Siesta Key is an eight mile long island is located just south of Lido Key and north of Casey Key. There are two bridges that connect the island to the mainland of Sarasota which makes access easy. Siesta Key beach is made up of 99% quartz and feels very refreshing on the skin. The Gulf of Mexico waters off the beach are typically very clear with a beautiful azure blue color.
The natural beauty surrounding Siesta Key attracts snowbirds from the around the country. One common request we hear from many of them is a newer condo on the island. With a lack of buildable land the list of newer condos on the island is relatively short. Naturally, this means that they will be near the top of the price scale. Below are a list of Siesta Key condos built after 1995.
Beach Villas
These condos were built in 2008 & 2009 and are located just outside the fun Siesta Key village. The community is not located on the beach so you won't have fabulous water views but a public beach access is located right across the street. Siesta Beach Villas comprise of 22 condominium units, each offering between 1,400 to 4,800 square feet of living space in two-bedroom with two-bathroom or four-bedroom with four-bathroom options.

Crescent
The Crescent condos is a 2006 built, 25 unit condo directly on the beach. Many of the units offer stellar views of the beach and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Since the complex sits directly on the beach all residents are within footsteps of the water.

Dolphin Bay
This 1997 built, 50 unit condo building sits directly on the Sarasota bay offering captivating water views. Dolphin Bay is also located very close to the Siesta Key beach access making it a relatively short walk for residents. Amenities in the condo complex include a large swimming pool and tennis courts. Other fun water-based activities such as boating, fishing, sailing, and scuba diving may be enjoyed around the waters of Siesta Key.

Hamilton Club
One of the most charming gated neighborhoods in the Siesta Key is The Hamilton Club. It is a gated community comprising of only 18 luxury town homes nestled peacefully in the north of the Cocoanut Bayou. The Hamilton Club features boat docks, readily available for use of its residents. These docks provide access to the Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Hyatt Residences
This is the newest condo building on Siesta Key and Crescent beaches. It originally started out as a fractional property but ultimately changed where 33 of the 44 units are non-fractional. Condominium residences at the Hyatt Siesta Key Beach that are available for single ownership are approximately 2,770 square feet in size. A property manager on the site will assist condo owners should they be interested to lease out their unit to interested parties for a handsome amount of rental income. On the other hand, fractional ownership offers investors flexibility as they are given three weeks to enjoy the world class amenities of the Hyatt Siesta Key Beach condo without the need to pay the full price of the unit.

Marina Del Sol
If you have been in Sarasota long you may remember the old Bob's Boat House restaurant. Marina Del Sol now sits on this slice of waterfront land just south of the Stickney Point Bridge. This 38 unit condo was built in 2002 with many of the units overlooking the Sarasota bay. Access to the beach is not too far away as long as you are not carrying much. Sea Breeze Condos

Price Range for Newer Siesta Key Condos
Looking at the condos sales above the least expensive sale within the last 2 years was a unit Dolphin Bay for $490,000 and the most expensive was a spacious unit in Seagrove for $2,300,000.

All condos are very nice but most I like Dolphin Bay condos. This condo is too old and after 15 years this look same as previous. You can enjoy morning time near to beach.
