New Siesta Key Condos

People from all over the world inquire about this gorgeous 8 mile long barrier island off the coast of Sarasota, Florida. Siesta Key offers a variety of living options. On this island paradise you can find an affordable efficiency within walking distance of Siesta Key beach all the way to a palatial waterfront estate in the Sanderling Club. Since the correction in the market Siesta Key real estate has become much more affordable.
Condos are very popular on Siesta Key. People love the idea of locking them up and leaving them. No yard to mow, no pool to clean, to trees to trim. Everything is handled for you.

Siesta Beach Villas comprise of 22 condominium units, each offering between 1,400 to 4,800 square feet of living space in two-bedroom with two-bathroom or four-bedroom with four-bathroom options. Currently, there are no units for sale in Beach Villas.
Crescent
One of the most recently built complexes on Siesta Key is Crescent Condos, which was built in 2006. These 26 condo residences are modern and contemporary in design, each distinct from the other to suit the varying tastes of interested home buyers and investors. Currently, there are no condos for sale in Crescent on Siesta Key.
Dolphin Bay
Even though Dolphin Bay was built in 1997 it made this list because it offers many of the amenities of newer structures like higher ceilings, large windows and spacious terraces. Residents of the 50 unit Dolphin Bay condo community are most fortunate to have the internationally-acclaimed Siesta Beach only a stone’s throw away.
Marina Del Sol
Marina Del Sol is a three-acre property situated along Old Stickney Point Road, which is very near the bridge that links the Siesta Key Island to mainland Florida. The condo development was built in 2002, comprising of 38 condominium residences spread across two six-story structures fronting the Sarasota Bay.
Sea Breeze
This is a small complex down on the south end of the Siesta Key near Turtle Beach. Sea Breeze was built in 2003 and is a small building of only 5 units. However, they are very spacious. If you like new and big then check put Sea Breeze on your list of new Siesta Key condos to explore.
Seagrove
Seagrove offers courtyard style homes as well a mid-rise condominium residence with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, stretching over 3,000 square feet. These exclusive condos are some of the most premium residential options in the Siesta Key Island because of its luxurious and generous amenities as well as its proximity to the Crescent Beach, which is famous for its fine white sands.
Somerset Cay
There are only 11 condo residences in the Somerset Cay averaging 2,500 square feet in size with three-bedroom floor plans that include a two-car garage. Each unit offers unhindered views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway.
Summer Cove
The condominium residences in the Summer Cove were built in 2007 and designed in contemporary architecture. Each condo unit enjoys majestic views of the Sarasota Bay with floor plans averaging 2,110 square feet in size, in three-bedroom and two-bathroom configurations and a two-car garage.

I am not surprised Siesta Key won no.1 beach according to Dr. Beach. I'm sure the white sands and warm blue waters excel ed in his 50 criteria list. If you are just looking to stay at the beautiful beach for a week or a season check out rending instead of owning!
