My clients purchase of 1162 Horizon View Drive made the newspaper yesterday. The title of the article was Homes worth seven figures are starting to move again. The article was basically about how several beach front homes have closed recently and several more have gone under contract. My clients were nice enough to speak to the Sarasota Herald Reporter Aaron Kessler. I reposted the article here or you can view it at the newspapers website.
