* Lowest sales price - $1,000,000
* Average sales price - $1,951,040
* Median sales price - $1,657,000
* Average days to contract - 272
* Average days to closing - 173
* Lakewood Ranch - 4 properties
* Bradenton -2 properties
* Anna Maria Island - 1 property
* Manasota Key - 3 properties
* Longboat Key - 6 properties
* Casey Key - 3 properties
* Lido Key - 5 properties
* Siesta Key - 10 properties
* Sarasota - 9 properties
The activity in the luxury market is strong compared to May 2009 where only 21 homes and condos sold for over $1,000,000. It is great to see the big buyers jumping into the market.

Hopefully you are selling some of the million dollar properties. We are starting to see more higher end sales, there just is not a lot of the higher priced properties in our area.

Things are heating up here in Atlanta as well. I have a new listing coming on for 11 million next week and the optimism is real and backed up by sales.
