The home next door was at 1155 Bogey Lane. Get your facts straight Fenimore Fosdick (gee, I wonder if that is a made up name). The home sold for $670,000, not $690,000. It was listed for $780,000. It is roughly the same size as my listing but more updated. However, it did not have a swimming pool. What is a pool worth Fosdick? 6 months of dirt, dust, construction workers and headaches go a long way. The listing price of our home at 1125 Bogey Lane is $699,000.

The next door house recently sold on april 12,2009 for 690,00 and in much better condition
