Last week my client closed on this Longboat Key condo located in The Shore. Ths Shore is located at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive which is near the north end of the island. The Shore offers heated pool, sauna, spa, exercise room, photo, art and pottery rooms, library, clubhouse. The complex also allows large dog for the pet lover. My client plans on doing an extensive renovation of this unit. 

The last asking price was $675,000. It closed last week (public record now) for $625,000. This is a good frame of reference for those of you looking for a condo on the beach with water views.
