I asked my buyers if I could write about this lovely home that they purchased in Lakes Estates in Sarasota. This homes has 3,342 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, offers a lake view and sits on a lush 27,882 square foot lot. My buyers loved the high ceilings, wonderful lake view, stunning master bedroom, wood floors, newer pool with salt chlorination system, remodeled kitchen granite counter tops and remodeled bathrooms. They also appeciated Lakes Estates central location and easy access to downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key beach.
They closed last week for $512,100 (public record).

This lot size is not common. They are out there but most lot sizes are smaller than this one.

That place is absolutley gorgeous . Are large lots like that common in Sarasota?
