Just Sold in Turtle Rock

We closed on this Turtle Rock home yesterday for $335,000. It was listed for $349,900. The buyer found the home on my website from another country. This home was on the market for 75 days until we received an offer.

This is proof positive that the internet is an effective marketing tool for selling homes. 9 out of 10 buyers start their home search on the internet. You are missing out if your broker is not utilizing the web to market your property. To see a glimpse of our market plan go here.

Hi Kevin. I see $335,000 not $5,000.

Marc,

It shows $335,000

On a different note, if a buyer is interested in a foreclosed property, can a real estate agent be used to find these properties or must the buyer contact the banks directly?

thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the question. You can do both but most banks are listing their properties with Realtors. You can see many of them here - http://www.luxurysarasotarealestate.com/sarasota-foreclosures.php

Let me know if you need any assistance. I would be happy to help.

You're absolutely right about the 'net Marc. Jacqui is taking out a buyer Monday that contacted her from Taiwan. Found our site on the internet and liked what he saw.
