This lovely condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,257 square feet. The kitchen, bathrooms and flooring have been remodeled within the last few years. The kitchen had granite countertops and both the cabinets and appliances were replaced. The condo came turn key furnished. The beauty of this condo is that it is within a 2 to 3 minute walk to fabulous Longboat Key beach.
It closed roughly a week ago. Let me know what you think it closed for.
The Answer
The above unit was in the Seaplace condos on south Longboat Key. It closed for $265,000 on May 1, 2011. This condo had been on the market 1,687 days. The previous owner had paid $495,000 in March of 2006. Renovated the condo by replacing the kitchen, bathrooms and installing tile floors. Placed it back on the market in July of 2006 for $659,000 in an attempt to flip the property.
Ernestine McComas chose the right answer of $265,000!
