Another client of his closed on a home at 5005 Torrey Pines Run in the Central Park section of Lakewood Ranch. James has been very busy in the Lakewood Ranch area as he just put two more homes under contract to be built. The Lakewood Ranch area is hot. Nice job James!

Greenbrook Village is a great community in Lakewood Ranch with houses starting under $100,000. If you are looking for a more affordable newer home you should definitely explore this master planned community.
