I would say, based on $95.- per sq ft, taking into consideration that there is no swimming pool and small lanai,
the sale price will be $238,800.-

I believe that the closing price will be closer to $399,000, even in this nation's depressed housing market. It has many fine amenities and the square footage is fairly large. Being in a gated community would make the price higher also, I would think. It looks like a lovely home and I hope that the buyers will be very happy!!

I think the original price would have been over $500,000 but now $325,000 to $350,000. Beautiful through and through.
