I showed a property to one of my clients this week that was owned by a bank. These types of properties are also known as a foreclosure or REO. Remember back to your high school or college class about supply and demand? Basically, the price of anything s largely determine by the supply and demand. If you have a bunch of homes, gold, diamonds, cars on the market with few buyers prices typically fall. Prices rise if you have a bunch of buyers and a low supply.

AOL is reporting that Sarasota, Florida is the 2nd most undervalued cities in the United States. You can read the article here and see the other undervalued cities.

"It's a nice boating community, and they have got a lot of beautiful homes there," says Jack McCabe of Florida-based McCabe Research & Consulting.
