Amberlea Sarasota Homes
Just off Proctor Road in central Sarasota sits the wonderful gated community of Amberlea. This 94 home neighborhood is convenient to area beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, downtown amenities and is also located in very sought after Ashton school district.
Amberlea is a family community with varying architectural stylings. The homes were primarily built in the late 1980's and early 1990's.
