Allison Werner
Allison began working with Marc in 2010 and was pleased to make the move to form DWELL Real Estate in 2011. She has had a stellar few years despite the challenges of the current real estate market. Allison has a strong work ethic, knows the Sarasota real estate market well, and loves to help buyers find their perfect place. Allison works with buyers in all areas of Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and the barrier islands, and specializes in downtown condo sales.
Allison graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. She could not get away from the cold fast enough and has now been a happy Sarasota resident for about six years! She enjoys being involved in the community and is a member the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, The Sarasota Association of Realtors, the Sarasota Young Professionals Group, and the Manasota Track Club.
