Very friendly community made of nice people and homes. Close to everything. Love living on the water here. We have our boat on the lift out back and use it regularly. Downtown Sarasota is just a couple of minutes away. We love to walk the Ringling bridge

We used to own a vacation home on Bird Key about 9 years ago. We have missed it ever since and are looking to own here again. The water is the best. Love walking the Ringling bridge daily.
Not the cheapest place to live. But that could also be a good thing.

Convenience, well maintained homes, close to downtown, St. Armands and Sarasota beaches. Great homes. Great views.
A new home with all of the features is expensive.
We had a home on Bird Key for many years and loved it. We sold and moved to downtown Sarasota.
