Pros:

Location is great, nice views from some parts of the building. Newer construction. Close to Whole Foods.

Cons:

The units are not spacious. Some of the condos look right at Plaza at Five Points with no view whatsoever.

Summary:

We liked this building and would have purchased here if we could have found the right unit. It was between 100 Central and 1350 Main. We ended up buying in 1350 Main because we found a great condo at a fair price. We love living in downtown Sarasota.

100 Central

This downtown Sarasota condominium was finished in 2005. It sits atop Whole Food Supermarket and is located in the middle of everything. Dining, entertainment, boating, bars, exercise, library, plays, symphony and other cultural venues can be enjoyed very easily and is located within steps of 100 Central.

Sales activity in 100 Central Sarasota is brisk. This building and condos are in high demand. People love the convenient location, amenities, great views and newer construction. If the idea low ceilings, dark hallways, out of date amenities and an overall tired condo turns you off then you need to explore 100 Central.

100 Central is one of the newest condos in downtown Sarasota. If you love the idea of high ceilings, large terraces, open floor plans, large windows providing plenty of natural light, granite countertops, new kitchens, flooring and bathrooms then you should put this condo on your list.

Beach lovers are in luck. Residents of 100 Central can have their toes in the sands of Lido Key beach within a very short drive. Siesta Key beach and Longboat Key beach are also very close by. Running the Ringling Bridge is a favorite activity for many people in Sarasota. It is only about a 2.5 mile run from downtown Sarasota to the gorgeous Lido Key beach.

St. Armands Circle is also a nearby attraction. If you get a little tired of the downtown restaurants you can always drive 2 miles west to St. Armands Circle and enjoy a group of other fabulous restaurants. 100 Central offers a fabulous lifestyle.
